Canadian Network on Cuba Supports Canadian Union of Postal Workers Strike Actions and Calls on Canada Post to Bargain in Good Faith |

The Canadian Network on Cuba, a cross-Canada organization of Cuba solidarity organizations as well businesses and cultural organizations working on Canada-Cuba relations, expresses full support for our member organization the Canadian Union of Postal Workers
and calls on Canada Post to address the issues raised by the union. Canada Post must reduce the overburdening of postal workers which has lead to a 43% increase of injuries over just two years, improve job security, and keep wages above inflation, among other demands. We stand with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers in their strike for their just demands and offer our full support. |
